Embracing exposed steel structures, polished concrete, and generous windows, this industrial-chic hospitality design floods the space with natural light and a strong sense of connection.
Complexity turned into opportunity
Turning challenging site constraints into an opportunity for rejuvenation, the result is a stunning extension featuring a ground-level garage and storage, a first-floor function room, new bathrooms, and a second-floor expansion of the existing bar. The sloping street added complexity but was creatively utilised to enhance the building’s visual appeal.
